OVER YOUR THRESHOLD über Facticity und die zweite Single Contextual Fluctuating: "The writing and recording process of 'Facticity' has extended over a longer period. Thus, each song imparts different elements and impressions caused by our different musical influences in the course of time. "Contextual Fluctuating" is the last track we wrote for "Facticity". It's pretty complex on the guitars and shows the progress of our songwriting compared to the older songs of the album. The concept of the song is that both guitars permanently play quite different riffs but all in all it fits together. That's a stylistic element we will use more and more for future songs. This change in the songwriting is reflected in the lyrics as well. All things are fluctuating over time, nothing remains quiescent - everything changes with a new context."

OVER YOUR THRESHOLD zeigen sich beeinflusst von verschiedenen Death Metal-Bands von den 80ern bis heute und verbinden progressiven Death Metal mit ein wenig Thrash und ein paar Fusion-Einflüssen.
2011 enterten OVER YOUR THRESHOLD das Woodshed Studio in Landshut, um dort ihr erstes richtiges Album aufzunehmen. Es hört auf den Namen Facticity. Auf Facticity klingt die Band blastender und technischer als jemals zuvor, wobei sich energetisches Death Metal-Riffing öfters mit melodischen Akustikgitarren abwechselt. Auf den Hörer warten brutalste Blastbeat-Attacken, Thrash Metal, jazzige Harmonien und der charakteristische Sound des Fretless Bass. Außerdem konnte die Band Steffen Kummerer (Obscura, Thulcandra) und Jonas Fischer (Hokum, Ex-Obscura) als Gastmusiker gewinnen, um ihrem Debüt noch mehr Würze zu verleihen. Facticity wurde von V. Santura (Triptykon, Dark Fortress) abgemischt und gemastert.
