"Gospel Of The Wretched' wurde in den Desert Inn Studios in Deutschland aufgenommen und vom allseits bekannten Death Metal Guru Dan Swanö (Bloodbath, Edge Of Sanity) in den Unsiound Studios in Örebro, Schweden, abgemischt!
'Gospel Of The Wretched' enthält nicht nur neun Songs erstklassigen Death Metals, sondern auch Gastbeiträge von gleich drei legendären Death Metal Sängern. "It's with great pleasure that we can announce the appearances of Martin van Drunen (HAIL OF BULLETS, Asphyx, Pestilence), Marc Grewe (Morgoth) and Dan Swanö himself on the album. This is like a dream come true for all of us since we grew up listening to those masterpieces they appeared on", meint LAY DOWN ROTTEN Gitarrist Daniel Jakobi dazu.
