Seit 25 Jahren zeichnen sich Misery Index durch ihre intensive Mischung aus Death Metal, Grindcore und bissiger Gesellschaftskritik aus. Die Band aus Baltimore, bestehend aus aktuellen und ehemaligen Mitgliedern von Pig Destroyer und Dying Fetus, hat sieben von der Kritik gefeierte Alben veröffentlicht, 46 Länder bereist und über 1.500 Konzerte gegeben, darunter Auftritte mit Morbid Angel, Amon Amarth, Fear Factory, Cannibal Corpse, Napalm Death, Deicide und anderen Größen der Szene.Während sie sich nun auf die Veröffentlichung neuer Musik aus ihrem kommenden achten Studioalbum vorbereiten, freuen sich Misery Index heute, bekannt zu geben, dass sie vor ihrer anstehenden Europa- und Großbritannien-Sommertournee, die Auftritte beim Wacken Open Air, Summer Breeze und anderen großen Festivals beinhaltet, zu Season of Mist zurückkehren werden.
