Die griechischen progressive/experimental Black Metaller AENAON werden ihr neues Album "Mnemosyne" am 07.10.2022 via Agonia Records veröffentlichen. Einen Titel daraus, "Synastry of Heartbeats", könnt ihr HIER schon antesten."Six years have passed since our last album and we are thrilled to finally share our darkest effort so far," kommentieren AENAON. "As always, we have been silent but creatively restless, aiming to a timeless creation. Mnemosyne is an album of noir aesthetics and emotional extremity. The title derives from the Greek goddess of remembrance and the river of memory."
Aufgenommen wurde das Album von Gitarrist/Bassist Achilleas C. (Varathron, Katavasia) im Suncord Audiolab in Ioannina (Griechenland). Das Coverartwork stammt von Ben Howe, Ra.design übernahm das Albumlayout.
Neben Bandchef Achilleas C besteht die Truppe aus Schlagzeuger Haris (Varathron), Sänger Astrous (Katavasia) und Saxophonist Orestis Zyrinis. Der Klargesang bei "Synastry of Heartbeats", "Trauma Cultura" und "Mantledeath" kömmt von Gastsänger Frédéric Gervais (Orakle / Cor Serpentii).
