HM2 und kein Ende...Niko (ex-TYRANT’S KALL), Jörgen (THEUDHO), Bart (ex-FLESHMOULD, ex-STORM UPON THE MASSES) und Tomas (HUMAN VIVISECTION, ex-FRACTURED INSANITY, ex-STORM UPON THE MASSES) gründeten 2017 SLITHERING DECAY.
Auf das 2018er Demo folgte 2020 eine Promoveröffentlichung um einen zuverlässigen Partner für das Debütalbum zu finden. Testimony Records konnte da nicht nein sagen, und hier ist es nun: "Aeons Untold".
Den Feinschliff übernahm DAN SWANÖ, das Albumartwork stammt von WESLEY DEWANCKEL (TYRANT’S KALL, UNMENSCH,…).
