Italy's grindcore fiends Cripple Bastards have entered the studio to record their Relapse Records full-length debut and first new album in over three years! They have returned, once again, to Studio Fredman in Gotherburg Sweden to work with producer Fredrik Nordström (Arch Enemy, At the Gates, Dark Tranquillity). The album is set for an early 2014 release.
Additionally, 2013 marks the grind veteran's 25th anniversary which they will celebrate with a special performance at this year's Rock Hard Italy Festival in September. The band commented on reaching this milestone: "It's crazy to realize that we have been around for so long and the best way to prove that we're still going strong and have a lot to express through our music and rage is what we're putting together on the new songs written for the upcoming album, which is certainly going to be our most negative, dark and violent release to date."
