SOILWORK - „The Living Infinite“ Track By Track Teil 2! - vom 14.01.2013, 06:39

 Letzte Woche gab Björn „Speed“ Strid, Sänger der schwedischen Melodic Death Meister SOILWORK, einige kurze Erklärungen zu den Tracks der ersten Scheibe des kommenden Doppeldeckers „The Living Infinite“ (VÖ 1. März 2013) ab.

Diese Woche ist es an Drum-Monster Dirk Verbeuren, seine Gedanken zur zweiten Disc zu teilen:

-This beautiful instrumental honors a fallen friend.

- A soaring chorus atop a rollercoaster of heavy riffs.

„The Living Infinite“ ist das erste SOILWORK-Album, auf dem Gitarrist David Andersson mitwirkt, der Gründungsmitglied Peter Wichers ersetzt. Wichers hatte die Band bereits 2005 verlassen, kehrte jedoch vier Jahre später wieder zu ihr zurück.

Das von Jens Bogren (OPETH, AMON AMARTH, BLOODBATH) produzierte Doppelalbum kommt mit Artwork von MNEMICs Mircea Gabriel Eftemie, der bereits für das legendäre Artwork zu „Stabbing The Drama“ (2005) verantwortlich zeichnet.
