Vio-Lence, Metal Church, I Am Morbid, Lizzy Borden, Westfield Massacre. Klingt nach einer wilden Mischung oder einem Festival LineUp. Zusammen sind das allerdings auch die Bands in denen Ira Black aktiv war oder noch ist, nur nie als Hauptperson. Um das zu ändern wurde APOCÆLYPSE ins Leben gerufen, weitere Mitstreiter sind sein eigener Sohn Ira Black IV, Bassist Matt Snell (Five Finger Death Punch) und Schlagzeuger Lonny Pasillas (Deadsett, Kill Devil Hill).
