Die Schwedischen Death Metal-Urgesteine ENTRAILS melden sich nach einer langen Durststrecke zurück. Wie die Band berichtet, war man nach dem Weggang von Jocke und Penki kurz davor die Band einzustampfen, hat sich nun aber zusammengerissen und ihr 8. Album eingespielt. Das liegt wohl auch an dem neuen Sänger Julian Bellenox von den Black Metallern Nazghor, der hiermit den Fans als neues Mitglied vorgestellt wird.
Die neue Scheibe soll Ende des Sommers über Hammerheart Records erscheinen.

» Hello everyone. Time for some updates.
As you should have noticed we are about to make our 8th album and release this beast after summer it seems. And once again with Hammerheart Records.
And by this we also have small changes to announce. After the Mr. X picture, we now go official on this
Background: Since Penki decided to leave when the last album "An eternal time of decay” was made and released in 2022 a guy called Daniel was recruited into the team and during 2023 he took care of the vocal duties on stage. And while 2024 came the situation in the band was rather low and motivation below zero after some health issues, and by that the will to continue was not in the highest prior. So, after a while of thinking/reloading and the health situation was better on the chief a bunch of demos were made, and a more inspiring mood was on the path. So, after a meeting with some of the members we decided to make a new start and new album and see what it leads us with respect to health issues. Though we needed a singer who could continue in the footsteps after Jocke and Penki who brought the best vocals this far and where fans liked the approach we had then, and by that bring back that feeling again with fresh blood.
So, we found this guy who shall help us keep the flare burning with his vocals and approach. And by this we now introduce Julian Bellenox. For those who are not familiar with this dude he also sings in the BM band Nazghor. So, he will be our new front guy and handle the duties on the new album and on stage from now on. His vocal range is really good and stays within the hearable and raw sound we want. He also has routine to be on stage and feed the audience the right way as it should be.
We will also take the opportunity to thank Daniel for the moments and shows he had with us and wish him all the best with his projects in the future.
And we also welcome Julian into our band to create some oldschool feeling again.
And Julian says:
I am very proud to have the opportunity to join the mighty Entrails. Since this is one of my favorite bands in the genre, I am thrilled about what the future has for this new era.
This is pure old-school Swedish death metal as it should be, and the upcoming album is full of epic tunes coming your way.
With this we also have the new album in the mixing process now and should be ready within a week or 2. Everything around this with layout material is also nearly done and of corpse the masterpiece of cover art. «
