protectorPROTECTOR haben ihre Reunion verkündet. Die Thrasher um Martin Missy, der auf den ersten beiden Alben "Golem" (1988) und "Urm The Mad" (1989) aktiv war, wird wieder als Frontmann dabei sein.
Auf dem Way Of Darkness Festival im Oktober diesen Jahres verkündete MARTIN MISSY AND THE PROTECTORS dass man nun wieder unter dem Namen PROTECTOR weitermacht. Dort wurde auch die neue 4-Song-Demo "The Return Of Thrash And Madness" veröffentlicht und der Song "Road Rage" live gespielt.

In den letzten 5 Jahren spielte man unter dem Namen MARTIN MISSY AND THE PROTECTORS in Schweden, Norwegen, Italien, Tschechien,  Finnland und Deutschland.

Das aktuelle Lineup:
Martin Missy - Gesang
Matte Johansson - Bass und Gesang (SUICIDAL WINDS)
Micke Carlsson - Gitarre (MASTEMA)
Carl G. Karlsson - Schlagzeug (GRIEF OF EMERALD, MASTEMA)
