Dachte ich h�tte schon l�ngst einen Thread zu den Jungs aus Belgien < https://www.facebook.com/CarnationBE?fref=ts > geschrieben, aber anscheinend wohl doch irgendwie nie gemacht.

Nun denn, die Band muss unbedingt erw�hnt werden, weil sie meiner Meinung nach, einen coolen t�dlichen Mix aus Ami-Death ( H�rtegrad) und schwedischer Melodief�hrung / Riffing spielen. S�nger Simon Duson ist ein krasser Shouter mit einer absoluten geilen Stimme wie ich finde und der Gesamtsound killt mich immer wieder. N�chstes Jahr Pod !

Die EP 'Cemetery Of The Insane' ist ein Hammerteil und ich kann jedem DM Fan nur raten mal in die Scheibe rein zu h�ren ! � :rock:

Ja, geht gut ab!
Schauen ja noch recht frisch aus, die Jungs, sieht man sich das Bild im "Encyclopaedia Metallum : Metal Archives" Eintrag an.
Und hab mal "Carnation" gegoogelt, das bedeutet "Nelke". Ist ja irgendwie ein kurioser Name f�r eine Death Metal Combo, aber was soll's �

Nelke hin Nelke her ....Hauptsache die Musik fetzt. Auch wenn das nat�rlich ein sehr merkw�rdiger Bandname ist. K�nnte sein, das es auch eventuell Fleischfarben heisst, vom Heraldischen gesehen... ?

Inflamed with excitement we proudly announce that we have signed with Season of Mist! For several months we have already been hard at work with the preparation of our debut album... Die belgischen Deather CARNATION pr�sentieren ihr lang erwartetes Debutalbum - Chapel of Abhorrence!

The moment we've been waiting for has finally arrived. We're proud to announce that the CARNATION debut album, entitled "Chapel of Abhorrence" will be out on August 17, 2018 via Season of Mist.

CARNATION comments:
"We're extremely excited to finally present the music that we've been working on for the past three years. The eleven songs we wrote for this release are essentially pure and unadulterated death metal tracks. They are, without a doubt, the best tracks we could have written for our debut album."

The album was recorded at the Project Zero Studio in Nijlen, Belgium and was mixed by our very own Yarne Heylen and Bert Vervoort. Mastering was done by Dan Swan� at his Unisound Studio. The cover artwork was created by Juanjo Castellano.

Chapel of Abhorrence features 47 minutes of overwhelming death metal madness. We will release the first track of the album, the title track Chapel of Abhorrence, in exactly six days from now, on June 13, 2018.

CARNATION streamen mit "Chapel of Abhorrence" den Titelsong aus dem gleichnamigen Album das am 17.August erscheint.

It's time to unleash the second track of our upcoming debut album: HELLFIRE!

Hellfire was the first song to be completed for the album. The first version of this track was written back in 2015, since then it slowly changed and evolved over time to its current state.

The lyric video was created by Scott Rudd and it showcases the incredible artwork that Juanjo Castellano made for us. The design contains references to the lyrics of several songs on the album.

Descend into the realm of endless death and embrace the fury of the HELLFIRE!

Die belgischen Deather Carnation haben das Hertz Studio in Białystok, Polen geentert um ihr zweites Album einzuspielen.

CARNATION comment on the recording: "The first step in recording the second Carnation album has already been completed. Our drummer Vincent Verstrepen has been hard at work to finish recording his drum parts at the Hertz Recording Studio in Bialystok, Poland. The foundation has now been laid... And the remaining instruments and vocals are set to be recorded during the next couple of weeks in our trusty Project Zero Studio. Be prepared for our second offering of unrelenting death metal madness!"

Das neue Album wird am 18.September �ber Season of Mist erscheinen, f�r das Artwork war Juan Jose Castellano Rosado verantwortlich. Die erste Single wird am 8.Juli ver�ffentlich, man darf gespannt sein!

Die belgischen Death Metaller CARNATION werden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Galaxy Studio am Sonntag den 18.4.2021, 20 Uhr eine Live-Performance streamen. Die komplette Band steht auch f�r live Chats zur Verf�gung. Die Show wird via YouTube und Facebook gestreamt und kann unter diesem Link... kostenlos angeschaut werden.
Die Band wird ein Special-Set zu ihrem k�rzlich erschienenen zweiten Album "Where Death Lies" spielen.

Die belgischen Deather von CARNATION haben ihren neuen Song "Stench of Death" ver�ffentlicht. Zum Song wurde auch ein neues Video gedreht, welches ihr euch HIER anschauen k�nnt.

Die neue EP "Stench of Death"inklusive des ENTOMBED Cover "Supposed to Rot" wird am Freitag auf allen digitalen Plattformen Online gestellt. Zur Feier der neuen EP wird diese auch als limitiertes rotes Vinyl im Oktober erh�ltlich sein.

Der Track ist eine d�stere Version der japanischen Einheit 731, auch bekannt als Manshu Detachment 731. Diese Einheit f�hrte routinem��ig Tests an Menschen durch, die entmenschlicht und intern als �Logs� (oder Maruta auf Japanisch) bezeichnet wurden. � The new song is inspired by the groundbreaking German science-fiction film Metropolis, directed by Fritz Lang which was released in 1927. The track depicts the corruption and filth behind the glitter and glamour of this world, the dark undertone of the advancement of our civilization. �
