Der Bericht zum Maryland Death Fest 2009 in Baltimore / USA ist endlich Online.Lest hier... bei uns einen der wenigen Berichte über das größte Nordamerikanische Death-, Black- und Grindcore Festival.

Feiner Bericht. So wirklich scheint es sich ja nicht zu lohnen nur wegen dem Konzert in die USA zu reisen.

Vom US Festival Maryland Deathfest in Baltimore / Maryland gibt es erstmals einen Film. "Maryland Deathfest: The Movie" heißt das Teil.Wer die DVD für 15 $ kauft bekommt noch ein "Maryland Deathfest: The Movie" Poster dazu und hat die Chance auf den Gewinn eines Maryland Deathfest 2011 Wochenend Passes sowie der kompletten Handshake Inc. DVD Sammlung ("Axis of Eden", "Disgorge, Mexico", "Maryland Deathfest: The Movie", "Jucifer Live at Call the Office", untitled BRUTAL TRUTH Dokumentation) und dem Poster.
Das diesjährige Maryland Deathfest findet am 13. Mai 2010 statt.
Der Film wurde auf dem Maryland Deathfest 7 (2009) gedreht und enthält 3 Stunden heftigen Death/Thrash/Black-Metal und Grindcore vom feinsten.

U.S. Customs Delays
Dear MDF fans and supporters,
It is with huge regret that I have to inform you that the delivery of the 'Maryland Deathfest: The Movie" DVDs and posters will be delayed. Our shipment was held at the U.S. border (we are based in Canada) and we are working diligently to get our shipment cleared as soon as possible.
Our brokerage agent has informed me this morning that our 'case' will be reviewed June 25th at which time he is confident the shipment will be cleared. Apparently the word 'Deathfest' in the title of the movie set off some red flags and Customs Officers must watch the entire movie to clear it for content.
Lets try and take some comfort in the knowledge that U.S. Customs officers will have to watch all four hours of the movie and be submitted to some of the most brutal music on the planet. Maybe some of them will be converted to the dark side!
At any rate, on the 25th, when we receive the shipment we will then expedite the remaining orders of dvds and posters.
