Centinex sind zurück, das neue Album "Redeeming Filth" erscheint am 21.November. Vorab gibts schonmal den ersten Track "When Bodies are Deformed" auf die Ohren:Swedish Deathmetalunit CENTINEX will release a new Comebackalbum entitled "Redeeming Filth" on the 21st of November in Europe and on the 9th of December in North America via Agonia Records. Returning after an almost eight-year hiatus, the band decided to revive the Spirit that originally begun in 1990 and produced eight Albums to date.
Album artwork (see above) has been created by the Romanian artist Costin Chioreanu of Twilight 13 Media (At The Gates, Arch Enemy, Darkthrone).
CENTINEX is made of Martin Schulman (Demonical) on bass, Sverker Widgren (Demonical, Diabolical) on guitars, Alexander Högbom (October Tide, Spasmodic) on vocals and Kennet Englund (Interment, Centinex 1999-2003) on drums. Commented by the band's founder and mastermind, Martin: "We are thrilled to announce that Centinex have inked a deal with Agonia Records for the release of our new album. We as a band are very much looking forward to this cooperation as we feel that the label and the people behind it understands our artistic vision and what Centinex anno MMXIV is all about. Influenced and inspired by the early 90's classic Florida-scene, "Redeeming Filth" picks up the spirit from our 1992-debut "Subconscious Lobotomy" and leads us back to the golden days of riff-oriented death metal. The future looks soaking brutal!".
Band's ninth album, the successor to "World Declension" (2005), was recorded at Amplified Studios and mixed & mastered at Garageland Studios by Ronnie Björnström (Aeon) during the spring of 2014.
"Redeeming Filth" will be available in: digipack CD, digital format, black vinyl and brown vinyl (handnumbered, including poster; limited to 100 copies only).

Hehehe, beim Hören fühlte ich irgendwie eine Geisterhand an meiner Schulter rütteln! 
Das kann auch tatsächlich etwas und die Band war mir bisher gänzlich unbekannt.. Ist auf jeden Fall mal favorisiert..

Kommt gut! 
ist aber auch wieder so ne Band, für die sich damals kaum eine Sau interessiert hat und jetzt nach der Reunion als DER Shit gefeiert wird.Hab übrigens 5 alte CDs (Malleus Maleficarum, Reborn Through Flames, Hellbrigade, Decadence - Prophecies Of Cosmic Chaos & World Declension) von denen zu verkaufen, im Paket für 30 Euro. Wer Interesse hat schreit hier!

Besteht die Band nicht zur Hälfte aus Demonical Mitgliedern? Wobei sie nicht wie ein Kopie klingen, was ich schon mal sehr gut finde. Werde das auf jeden Fall mal auf die Liste schreiben, mal kucken

Der Song "Exist to Feed" gefällt mir sehr gut und "Sentenced to Suffer" ist auch nicht von schlechten Eltern.Centinex sind kein Abklatsch und spielen guten Swe-Death mit einer Prise gefälligen Melodien wie es sich gehört.

Die Death Metaller Centinex aus Schweden bereiten ihr neues Album vor. Acht neue Titel sind bereits fertig geschrieben und warten auf eine Pre-Production. Die Arbeitstitel haben die Schweden großen Bands und Songs entliehen und lauten: Jungle Rot, “Seven Gates of Hell”, Candlemass, “Feel the Fire”, Nifelheim, “Pleasure to Kill”, “Tired and Red” and SFU.32 Minuten werden die Songs auf der Platte füllen, welche in Frühjahr 2019 via Agonia Records veröffentlicht wird.
Nachdem die Band und Sänger Alexander Högbom seit April getrennte Wege gehen, ist man ebenso bemüht ein stabiles Line-Up auf die Beine zu stellen.

Die schwedischen Death Metaller Centinex arbeiten an einem neuen Album. Aktuell ist die hälfte der Vorproduktion fertig, die Songtexte, Artwork und Titel sind bereit fertig. Die Aufnahmen für das Album sollen Anfang 2020 starten.

Die legendären schwedischen Death-Metal-Veteranen Centinex haben einen Vertrag mit dem schwedischen Label Black Lion Records unterzeichnet.„Vor sechs bis sieben Jahren, als ich mit verschiedenen Bands Centinex-Cover probte und spielte, wusste ich noch nicht, dass ich am Ende mit einer meiner Meinung nach besten Bands der schwedischen Death-Metal-Szene zusammenarbeiten würde“, kommentiert Black Oliver Dahlbäck von Lion Records.
"This is an exciting development, as Centinex's impact on the genre is undeniable. Their unique sound and influential discography, which was previously released via the legendary label Agonia Records, have inspired countless musicians over the years. Memorable songs such as "Flesh Passion" and "Dismember Supreme" have cemented Centinex's status as a revered act in the Swedish death metal pantheon. To have the opportunity to work with them is a true honor, and the pressure is high."
The partnership between Centinex and Black Lion Records - a true testament to the power of Swedish death metal - will see the release of a two-track EP later this. Centinex is working on a new full-length album, due out in 2025.
The band comments, "Centinex has always been about not having any boundaries nor limiting ourselves to some pre-made formula, especially not musically but also “businesswise”, and for the coming years this will certainly be more evident than ever.
As everyone knows, metal today is universal and so is Centinex, but we can’t deny it feels great to 'bring it home' and sign with a label based in our home country of Sweden."

Henrik “Henka” Andersson, seines Zeichens Sänger der Schwedischen Death Metaller Centinex, hat sich mit guten Nachrichten nach seiner Krebserkrankung gemeldet. Laut seiner Aussage hat die Krebstherapie sehr gut angeschlagen und der Krebs sei, den letzten Röntgenbilder zufolge, weg! Er wird zwar noch ein paar Behandlungen bekommen, will aber bis September wieder fit sein!Lest hier sein Statement:» Aloha headbangers!
The cancer treatment has been very successful, according to x-ray all that aggressive shit is gone! I have one more treatment left in a week or so, then some more rest and easy living for a few months.
Been some heavy times during the spring as I have been hospitalized a few times due to fever, risk for blood poisoning and other crap but now things seems to go in the right direction.
My plan is to be fully recovered and fit for fight in September. Looking forward to hang with homies and friends again (had to avoid that due to risk of infections), get that damned Centinex album out, play some blasting shows and foremost – GROW BACK MY BEARD!!
