Am 24. Februar erscheint „Following The Steps Of Damnation“, das zweite Studioalbum der Melodic-Death-Metal-Band ONTBORG, das über das schwedische Label Black Lion Records erscheinen wird. Nach ihrem Debüt „Within The Depths Of Oblivion“ im Jahr 2019 wollte die Band ihren eingeschlagenen Weg konsequent fortsetzen und die Kombination aus Melodien, aggressiven HM2-Gitarrensägen und Black-Metal-Einflüssen in ihren Songs noch einmal verfeinern. Auf „Following The Steps Of Damnation“ vereinen ONTBORG unterschiedliche, aber charakteristische Stilelemente zu etwas Aufregendem, etwas Neuem. Wer „Within The Depths Of Oblivion“ bereits mochte, wird „Following The Steps Of Damnation“ lieben!
Zur Unterstützung des bald erscheinenden Albums hat die Band ein Musikvideo zur ersten Single „Steps Of Damnation“ HIER geteilt.

Melo-Death hmmm ....kommt mir zumeist nicht in die Tüte, aber das hier hat was, kann man sich sehr gut anhören. Kein Schmalz und ein richtig geiles Riff welches den Song dominiert. Einfach mal antesten!
