Die italienische Southern Rock/Doom Metalband TOMBSTONE HIGHWAY präsentiert schon mal eine Vorschau auf ihr kommendes Album "Ruralizer" das am 28.Februar erscheint. Der Titel namens "Bite the Dust (and bleed)", bei dem auch noch Mario Percudani (HungryHeart, Mitch Malloy) als Gast tätig war, kann hier angehört werden:

Neben Mario Percudani sind auch noch Paolo "Apollo" Negri (Wicked Minds, Black Widow, Hasselvander) und Razor SK (Forgotten Tomb) auf "Ruralizer" als Gastmusiker vertreten

Joe Hasselvander (ex-Pentagream / The Hounds Of Hasselvander) meint zum Album: "Absolutely cool! Good old swamp infested blues metal!"

Die Musik von TOMBSTONE HIGHWAY ist eine Mischung aus Stoner/Southern Rock und Doom Metal, irgendwo zwischen Lynyrd Skynyrd, Corrosion Of Conformity, Pride and Glory, Down, Black Sabbath, und ZZ Top. Neben den klassischen Rockinstrumenten verwendet man auch noch Banjo und Hammondorgel.
"Ruralizer" enthält 8 Titel und ein Cover von Mountain's "Mississippi Queen".
