CARNATION comment on the recording: "The first step in recording the second Carnation album has already been completed. Our drummer Vincent Verstrepen has been hard at work to finish recording his drum parts at the Hertz Recording Studio in Bialystok, Poland. The foundation has now been laid... And the remaining instruments and vocals are set to be recorded during the next couple of weeks in our trusty Project Zero Studio. Be prepared for our second offering of unrelenting death metal madness!"

Das neue Album wird am 18.September über Season of Mist erscheinen, für das Artwork war Juan Jose Castellano Rosado verantwortlich. 'Iron Discipline' is the opening track of the album, and it takes you straight into the action. It showcases some of the most groove-oriented parts on the record, culminating into a piece that is bursting with power and heaviness. Older fans of the band should definitely find what they are looking for on this track. 'Where Death Lies' in its entirety contains quite some variance. It is the result of our effort to write a balanced record with elements that both defined and refined Carnation. We hope this second step towards the release has peaked your interest even more."

Die belgischen Death Metaller CARNATION werden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Galaxy Studio am Sonntag den 18.4.2021, 20 Uhr eine Live-Performance streamen. Die komplette Band steht auch für live Chats zur Verfügung. Die Show wird via YouTube und Facebook gestreamt und kann unter diesem Link... kostenlos angeschaut werden. Die Band wird ein Special-Set zu ihrem kürzlich erschienenen zweiten Album "Where Death Lies" spielen.

Die neue EP "Stench of Death"inklusive des ENTOMBED Cover "Supposed to Rot" wird am Freitag auf allen digitalen Plattformen Online gestellt. Zur Feier der neuen EP wird diese auch als limitiertes rotes Vinyl im Oktober erhältlich sein.
