“As a second taster of our new album Fear Those Who Fear Him, we would like to present you with the song ‘An Apathetic Grave,’" guitarist/vocalist Gregor Mackintosh tells Decibel. “By total contrast to the previously released track ‘Kill All Your Masters,’ this one is an extremely miserable, crushing doom song about a man reaching the end of his life and reflecting on the futility of it all.”

Vallenfyre haben einen weiteren Song vom kommenden neuen Album "Fear Those Who Fear Him" online gestellt. Neben der bereits veröffentlichten zähen Death/Doom Walze “An Apathetic Grave” gesellt sich nun der schnelle Death/Crustige Song "Nihilist" zu dem ähnlich geilen Song "Kill All Your Masters". Aus unseren News: Die Engländer Vallenfyre haben ihre Auflösung für dieses Jahr bekannt gegeben. Nach drei Alben und etlichen Gigs wird die Band sich auflösen. Es wird noch mindestens drei Gigs darunter auf dem With Full Force Festival, Wacken Festival und einer finalen Abschiedsshow am 29.09.2018 in London. Aber ihr müsst nicht ganz so traurig sein, denn Greg und Chris gründen ein neues Projekt unter dem Namen Strigoi und wollen da weitermachen wo Vallenfyre dann aufgehört hat.
Lest hier das Statement der Band: » Some of you may already be aware but we are calling an end to Vallenfyre this year. The reason being that we want to leave it on a high for us. We have 3 albums we are proud of and we have played some great shows and met many wonderful people. Vallenfyre was also about the death of my Father and I want to keep that in tact.
Myself and Chris will be starting a new project called Strigoi which will carry on where Vallenfyre has left off so look out for that soon. We would like to thank everybody who has helped or supported us in any way and let you know we have 3 more shows that we are playing. With Full Force festival on June 16th, Wacken festival on August 2nd, and today we would like to announce our final live show. See the poster for details. Supports will be added soon.
