 Die Death Metal Newcomer von CRAWL veröffentlichen ihr Swedeath Debutalbum "Rituals" am 20.August über Transcending Obscurity Records. Das coole Artwork zum Album wurde von Jonas A. Holmberg (This Gift Is A Curse) designed. Freunde von krachendem Elchtod sollten mal ein Ohr riskieren!

Crushing Swedeath honouring the progenitors and at the same time stepping out their shadows by concocting a vile mix with influences of punk/crust and hardcore is what's on offer here. 'Rituals' is an irreverent exercise in bombarding the classic style with fresh elements and lending to the staid style new vitality.  Das Decibel Magazine präsentiert einen weiteren neuen Song “Sentenced to Rot” der schwedischen Newcomer Crawl. Deren Debutalbum 'Rituals' erscheint am 20.August und man darf auf ein krachendes Album gespannt sein! Checkt den Song HIER!
Shawn Macomber hat dazu folgendes zu vermelden:

Crawl haben eine großartige Resonanz zu ihrem Debutalbum ‘Rituals’ erhalten, das New Noise Magazine streamt einen weiteren Song “Cowards” vom Debut. Checkt den neuen Song HIER!
The band commented on the album:
"‘Rituals’ is an album about nothing more than a d-beat assault that combines all elements of death and a nihilistic approach to life. Basically an anti-life experience with hard riffing, heavy beats and furious vocals. If you ask us, this is death metal combined with punk done the right way. Reject the cross!"

Irgendwie alles schon mal da gewesen, klingt aber schön roh und fett. Mir gefällt's. Würde ich mir gerne mal Live zu Gemüte führen.

 Crawl legten mit „Rituals“ ein bemerkenswertes Debütalbum vor, über das jahrelang gesprochen wurde, und jetzt, sechs Jahre später, sind sie mit einem brandneuen Album zurück, das in jeder Hinsicht einen Schritt weiter geht. Sie haben ihren wirkungsvollen, nahezu perfekten Death/Crust-Sound übernommen und dieses Mal einige Black-Metal-Einflüsse hinzugefügt, um ihn noch ausdrucksvoller zu machen. Das neue Album ist eine verdammte Naturgewalt und erscheint am 3.Mai über Transcending Obscurity.
